Past Events Thurs., Jan. 28 - Nooherooka/ECU Campus Dining Nooherooka Natural donated beef soup bones for the Campus Dining Staff to create wonderful homemade soups for the students & faculty at lunch. A Soup Class was held at Todd Dining Hall. Faculty received a bag of beef soup bones in exchange for a canned food item. Soup bones from Nooherooka and canned foods were donated to the Joy Soup Kitchen and Campus Kitchen.
